Sandeep Mathur - Chief Technology Officer
Sandeep Mathur is a technology veteran with over two decades years of IT industry experience in software product development, IT solution delivery, outsourced IT project management, and technology research and development. He was a member of the team that successfully commercialized a B2B and business process management product at Exterprise, Inc., an Austin Ventures funded B2B software company.
Sandeep was a core team member at Exterprise. The Company attracted $42 million funding from Austin Ventures, Dell Ventures, Triton Ventures, and Morgan Stanley. The Company was sold to Commerce One for $120 million. He led the research and development at Exterprise, and later was in charge of product development. Additionally, he represented the core team that led the M&A activity with Commerce One. He worked with Commerce One and SAP architects to conceptualize and develop a joint product strategy and architecture, and worked with product management, engineering, and marketing groups to commercialize this product.
Prior to that, Sandeep was the founding member and President of Quadsoft, a successful IT solutions and services company based in Austin,
TX, crafting pioneering Internet technology solutions for clients like Deja.com which became one of the first sites on the Internet to scale to many million visitors a day.
Before Quadsoft Sandeep was a principal with The Kernel Group, Inc, (TKG), a privately held software company based in
Austin that developed a solution to fully automate system recovery of Windows and all major UNIX platforms in the event of data corruption or hardware failure. TKG was acquired by Veritas, Inc in a $50 million deal.
Key career highlights include:
- As Chief Architect at Health and Human Services Texas, he was instrumental in redesigning the HHS Integrated Eligibility Technical Architecture Model and its implementation and governance..
- As Chief Architect at Commerce One/Exterprise, he was a key member of the engineering team responsible for innovation, design, and implementation of the industry's first SOA Platform. He filed two patents as part of this work. (April 1999 – March 2004).
- He worked in several leading global IT product and solution companies over two decades, and has worked on a full spectrum of technologies starting from low level bits and bytes of AIX operating system development, to high level business applications based on J2EE framework and Service Oriented Architecture.

Rohit Agarwal - Executive Director
Rohit is the Executive Director of Cressanda Solutions Limited. He is responsible for overseeing the critical functions of Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Administration. Several key business and technology initiatives at Cressanda have been taken under his leadership. He also plays an important role in strategic planning and business development for the company.
Rohit holds Bachelors in Commerce and Accounting from the Delhi University. Prior to joining Cressanda in 1998 he was heading a distinguished share broking firm in New Delhi. |

Jyoti Sureka - Executive Director
Jyoti holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Mysore University and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, USA. He has more than six years of Industrial experience in the USA working in companies catering to the Government, Financial and Telecom verticals.
He has hands-on experience in several programming languages on platforms covering the different flavors of Unix and Microsoft technologies.
He also possesses business administration experience in the Indian manufacturing sector prior to joining Cressanda.

Shailesh Garg - AVP - Head of Software Group
Shailesh manages the operations of the software development group. Under his stewardship, the software group has regained its focus on both services and
application development projects.
He joined Cressanda Solutions in 1997, and was initially entrusted with the responsibility to manage blended delivery-based software development projects for clients in the UK and USA. Later in 2001, he was deputed to Cressanda Solutions, UK, where he was instrumental in initiating new business accounts and overseeing its fruition. Subsequently, the responsibility of managing the UK's business portfolio fell on his able shoulders.
After his successful stint at Cressanda's UK subsidiary, he returned to India in 2005 as Operations Manager of the software division. Shailesh has successfully demonstrated cross-functional capabilities and has, over the years, played multiple roles in Software Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational Management. His domain knowledge spans several verticals like Legal Enforcement, eLearning, Healthcare, Financial Services and ERP.
He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics. |
