Designation: Web Designer |

Location Cressanda Solutions Ltd, Noida, India.
Job Description: In the position of Web Designer, the candidate would be responsible for designing the websites, creating HTML using CSS and multimedia developments.
Candidate Profile/ Requirement:
- In-depth knowledge of current web markup or scripting languages: HTML, CSS
- Familiarity or limited experience with web programming languages: XHTML, ASP@NET, JAVA, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax.
- Extensive experience with publishing/imaging application in each of the following categories:
- Design websites, Photo editing and Image creation (Adobe Photoshop)
- Drawing (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Macromedia Freehand)
- Page layout (Macromedia Dreamweaver)
- Multimedia (Macromedia Flash)
- Expertise in current Internet standards (W3C standards), including web browsers and browser specifications.
- Experience with managing website content and/or using a content management system.
- Familiarity or limited experience with developing user interfaces for web-based applications.
- Familiarity with applications in the following categories strongly preferred:
- Presentation (MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new Internet and authoring technologies relevant for website development.
- Ability to work with and design HTML templates for dynamic web content
- Strong background with one of the following operating systems and familiarity with the others:
- Ability to clearly document all projects and to manage and report to senior staff efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and software technical staff.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should posses a minimum of Bachelor's Degree with a Diploma or its equivalent in Web Designing.
Experience : 1-2 years utilizing the skills listed in job requirements above.

Job Description: In the position of Software Programmer, the candidate would be responsible for custom program development and implementation, system analysis, design, testing and coding. The duties may include providing support to existing clients by way of testing, debugging and modifying software as per the requirements of the client.
Candidate Profile/ Requirement:
- Utilize well-developed knowledge of Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JTA, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MS Visual Source Safe, WSAD, UML, among other technologies to design, develop code (software program) and implement software applications.
- Evaluate, maintain and support various online applications, including Client Server
- Systems and deploy internet based applications for use in connection with information systems.
- Understand project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create, modify, and test computer programs.
- Analyze workflow charts and diagrams, apply knowledge of requirements analysis, design, test, and implement software applications, knowledge transfer/user training activities, computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.
- Compile and write documentation regarding program development and subsequent revisions.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should posses a minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Computer Information Systems or its equivalent.
Experience : A minimum of 4 years utilizing the skills listed in job functions above.
