Registry Trust Limited is a not for profit company which operates the Registry of Judgments, Orders and Fines for England and Wales on behalf of the Department of Constitutional Affairs.

The information in the register is in three sections. Section one includes county court money judgments, administration orders and some child support agency liability orders. Section two covers High Court money Judgments after April 6th 2006 and section three covers Fines registered by Local Justice Centres.

The trust also maintains registers for other jurisdictions including Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Jersey.
