Review of data can fall in to different areas. This primarily comes under the identification (and collection) of data for:
Review of files for complaint handling and any associated error or missing data required,
Review of error or missing data for pension schemes, members, providers, or clients for carrying out a particular data consolidation exercise,
Review of data to carry out a calculation exercise such as a redress calculation or for a pension transfer analysis.
Reconciliation of data (in conjunction with cleansing) is:
Putting right of data to carry out necessary calculations,
Reconciling commission statements for identifying and allocating any initial or renewal/trail income,
Assessing and amending incorrect data and to be able to handle a particular exercise such as complaint handling. |
