Nice Sheriff Case Study

Cressanda started the process on 13th April’2004. We hired 2 resources at that point of time and No Targets initially. The Team had to work on the web based software created at CSL by the Software Business after a lot of Research and Development.

Our Team entered around 150 Cases per day initially. Thereafter, all queries were documented and sent to the Client for feedbacks. The team made relevant changes based on the feedbacks from clients. The entries being done were critical and needed a lot of accuracy. A Quality Supervisor was responsible to draft the report daily. The report included details of all the insolvency cases with a track of queries.

Thereafter, 2 more Resources were hired and then the targets were increased to 360 Cases a day. At that point of time, CBT team entered 5 types of insolvencies. The insolvencies were namely: BNK (Bankruptcy), LIQ (Liquidation), and MOC (Meeting of Creditors), ANU (Annulment), CVA (Company Voluntary Arrangement).

The Quality Supervisor maintained the data for cases. Now, the challenge was to check all the Cases entered to give 100.00% accurate results. Client approved the Targets, which were then revised to 325 Cases per day included 100.00% quality check of all entries. The software for the same was designed by CSL software business with proper Audit sheets and Feedback forms.

QA and TL were supposed to fill the audit sheets and forms at the end of every day. Also they had to do Quality Checking for the entries being made. With complacent process knowledge our executives performed other 4 types of Insolvencies being outsourced to us. They are IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement), ADM (Administrator), RES (Rescission Order) and Miscellaneous.

Presently, we have cleared the entire backlog. We handle the Cases, which are received by scanning the images and uploading them in the FTP Server. A software has also been incorporated within this system (Value added by the CBT). The software is used to check addresses and postcodes as well as adding practitioner’s name.

We were also instructed to check various types of Insolvencies, especially Bankruptcy and Liquidation. We have always taken prior approval from the Client before implementing any changes. The changes were discussed in a meeting before any update. The nice sheriff process is all about Data entry but with a great concern.
