Post Process Case Study

We started with just eleven process in hand initially. It is the work experience that made us recognize our strengths and weaknesses. Our executives actually learned the challenging tasks through process updates and training schedules.

Cressanda imparted an in-house training for the executives. The Process Manuals and DTP’s were prepared at CBT/Cites Bu. Our team created the process updates and got them confirmed from clients. These updates got circulated among the team members.

The training was imparted just before the commencement of a process. The executives were trained and made to practice their skills on the dummy Sherpa. Once every executive was made clear about the process, it was turned live.

Along with all these tasks, another process “Post Process“ had actually come up to the Client’s Requirements / expectations. We prepared the audit sheets to maintain a consistent working standard. With these audit sheets we can test the executives from all the spheres. This is effective to enhance performance of the team as well as the Individual.

The set parameters are applied on specific processes with brainstorming prior to the process goes live\ on system. The Post Process job involves several practices to satisfy the customers along with data entry.
