Transition Management

Transition management is the process of developing important activities, targets, setting dead lines, resources to carry out the initiation of a project. The period of time taken to initiate a project or a process is called transition period where all the ground work like employee management, managing strategic communications and transfer of knowledge of internal processes is done.

Governance

This is also an important stage in project management. The focus of this stage is upon relationship management between all the stake holders of the project (managers, client, and team members), monitoring the services provided by the vendor and complete project management by recognizing and responding to risk management.

Performance Management

With business users and offshore teams located at diverse geographies, it becomes increasingly important for us to manage performance of our outsourcing operations.
